10-Man India played a 1-1 draw with Singapore in AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 Qualifiers Final Round Group C match at National Stadium, Singapore, on Thursday.
Ikhsan Fandi in 45+1′ gave Singapore the lead while Rahim Ali in 90′ equalized for India.
India were forced to play nearly the entire second half with a man down after Sandesh Jhingan was sent off in the 47′.
The Blue Tigers will face the same opponent on October 14 at Goa.
This was the 28th times that both the nations faced each other. India had won 12 times while Singapore won on 11 occasions while 5 matches ended draw.
India is currently placed third in Group C with 2 points from 3 matches.
