Anthony Andrews will continue as Head Coach for East Bengal FC Women’s Team till 2027-28. The club was keen to renew after the AWCL performance, officials held talks since then, and after long negotiations, terms agreed between both parties.

There were offer from him from IWL & IWL2 clubs, a Mexican women’s team, SAFF women’s National Team, but despite several offers he decided to stay with Moshal Colts.

Under his tenure, East Bengal won Indian Women’s League in 2024-25, Calcutta Women’s Football League in 2024-25, SAFF Women’s Club Championship 2025.

The Moshal Girls also qualified for the Group Stage of 2025–26 AFC Women’s Champions League and won a match in Group stage, which was also a first win for any Indian Club in Asian Continental event final round.

Under his coaching, East Bengal is at top of 2025-26 IWL with unbeaten record of 6 wins in as many matches. The Moshal Girls scored 25 goals and conceded only one goal.

Till date East Bengal played 30 domestic matches, won 27, drew one and lost two matches and at international level, East Bengal won 6 matches, drew 2 and lost 2 matches under his coaching.
