Anthony Pilkington left SC East Bengal and joined EFL League One side Fleetwood Town in England in a one-year contract.
The 33 year old played for SC East Bengal in the seventh edition of Indian Super League. The striker was one of the bright sparks for the Red & Gold Brigade in ISL.
He has earlier played for Wigan Athletic and Norwich City.
The move brought another setback to the Red & Gold fans as the saga of club officials & Shree Cement agreement signing is yet to get solved which is creating uncertainty of SC East Bengal’s participation in Indian Super League.
