A ten-man ATK Mohun Bagan played a 1-1 draw with Odisha FC in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2021-22 at the Tilak Maidan Stadium in Goa on Thursday.
Redeem Tlang (5’) opened the scoring for Odisha FC while Joni Kauko (8’) made it 1-1 from the spot. The second half saw no goals from either side with Roy Krishna given the marching orders picking up two yellow cards. In the first leg both the team played a 0-0 draw.
The result means ATKMB remained in third place with 31 points from 17 matches. Odisha too remained in seventh spot with 23 points from 18 games.
Sebastian Thangmuansang won the Hero of the Match Award.
In the next match, NorthEast United FC will lock horns against Jamshedpur FC. Meanwhile, SC East Bengal will face NorthEast United FC at the Tilak Maidan Stadium on Monday.
