Bangladesh came from behind to beat Maldives 3-1 in its second Group B clash of the 2023 SAFF Championships at the Kanteerava Stadium here on Sunday.
The win keeps Bangladesh second in its group, with three points from two matches – level with Maldives but ahead of it on a head-to-head record.
For Bangladesh, Rakib Hossain in 42′, Tariq Kazi in 67′ and Shekh Morsalin in 80′ scored the goals.
For Maldives, Hamza Mohamed scored one in 17′.
