Bengaluru FC secured a hard-fought 2-1 win over 10-man Odisha FC in the extra-time to make it to their fourth successive semi-final in the Durand Cup in Kolkata on Saturday.
Despite down to 10 men, Odisha FC fought hard but concede goal in the 98’ with Siva Sakthi scoring his fourth goal of the tournament. Odisha FC got back into the game in 115’ when Diego Mauricio equalized.
Just when the match was headed for a penalty shootout, Roy Krishna grabbed a fine win with a goal in the added extra time.
