Bengaluru FC defeated Chennaiyin FC 4-2 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 season on Saturday.
Ryan Williams scored a brace in 16’ and in 68’, while Sunil Chhetri (43’) and Laldinliana Renthlei’s OG in 82’ where the other goals of Bengaluru.
Ryan Williams was also adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
Bengaluru FC now is at second place with 27 points while Chennaiyin FC dropped to ninth place with 15 points.
Next, Bengaluru FC will face Jamshedpur FC on January 4 whereas Chennaiyin FC will play Odisha FC on January 9.
