Bengaluru FC defeated NorthEast United FC 2-1 in Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 at Indira Gandhi National Stadium in Guwahati on Friday.

For Bengaluru FC, Siva Narayanan in 50′ and Alan Costa in 90′ scored the goals while Romain Philippoteaux in 66′ scored one back for NorthEast United FC.

The win took Bengaluru FC to 8th place with 13 points from 13 matches while NorthEast United FC remained at bottom with 3 points.

Suresh Wangjam won the Hero of the Match Award.

Next on January 07, Saturday, Jamshedpur FC will face Chennaiyin FC while Odisha FC will take on East Bengal FC.
