Brazil started their 2022 FIFA World Cup campaign with a 2-0 win against Serbia in Group G at Lusail Stadium. Brazil dominated the entire match, but struggled to get past Serbian defense until Richarlison broke the deadlock in 62′.
The second goal can be a contender for the goal of the tournament. In 73′, Vinicius passed from the left into the box. Richarlison takes a touch with his left and as the ball pops up, he turned and hits a bicycle kick. Vanja had no chance.
Brazil will face Switzerland next, while Serbia will face Cameroon.
