Chennaiyin FC made a brilliant comeback to defeat Odisha FC by 3-2 in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 at the Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneswar on Saturday.
Farukh Choudhary scored a brace in 48’ and 51’ while Daniel Chima Chukwu scored one in 69’ for Chennaiyin FC, meanwhile for Odisha FC, Diego Mauricio in 9’ (P) and Roy Krishna in 95’ scored the goals.
Farukh Choudhary of Chennaiyin FC was adjudged Key performer of the match.
Next, Odisha FC will travel to New Delhi to take on Punjab FC on September 20. Chennaiyin FC meanwhile, will host Mohammedan SC on September 26.
