Despite defeating Ghana 2-0, Uruguay could not progress to Round of 16 from Group H in 2022 FIFA World Cup at Al Janoub Stadium on Friday.
The South American side finished third in the group after South Korea pulled off a late win over Portugal to end second behind the European side.

Earlier, Andre Ayew of Ghana missed a penalty, Ayew tried to slot it in the right bottom corner but Sergio Rochet does well with a full length dive to save it. Andre Ayew also missed a penalty against the same opponent in 2010.
