East Bengal FC began their Calcutta Football League (CFL) 2024-25 Group B campaign with a 7-1 win over Tollygunge Agragami at Barrackpore’s Bibhutibhushan Bandyopadhyay Stadium on Sunday.
For East Bengal FC, Jesin TK scored a brace (65′, 67′), while Shyamal Besra (12′), Aman CK (43′), Subrata Murmu (79′), Ananthu NS (87′) and Sayan Banerjee (90+2′) scored a goal each.
Sayan Banerjee was adjudged the Player of the Match.
East Bengal FC will next face George Telegraph SC on July 07 at East Bengal Ground.
