East Bengal FC defeated Bengal Football Academy 3-2 in AIFF Sub Junior League 2023-24 at Naihati Bankimanjali Stadium on March 03, Sunday.
For East Bengal FC, Manab Marjit scored in 7′, Dipak Mondal scored in 42′ and Jeet Samanta in 40′, while for Bengal Football Academy Souvik Porel in 29′ and Atanu Murmu in 28′ scored the goals.
Earlier, East Bengal FC defeated Bidhannagar Municipal Sports Academy 4-3, Mohun Bagan SG 2-0 and United SC 3-2.
The Sub Junior Red & Gold Brigades are leading the table with 12 points from four matches.
East Bengal FC will next face Mohun Bagan SG at Naihati Bankimanjali Stadium on March 17.
