East Bengal FC defeated Eastern railway 5-1 In Their Fifth Match Of Calcutta Football League (CFL) 2023 at East Bengal Ground on Thursday. This is their third win in five matches.
The Red & Gold brigade jumped to second place with 11 points. Earlier, East Bengal FC drew with Rainbow AC 0-0, BSS Sporting 1-1, defeated West Bengal Police FC 4-2 & Kidderpore 2-0.
For East Bengal FC, Aman CK scored a brace in 36′ & 78′. Avishek Kunjam in 21′, Guite Vanlepeka in 31′ and Rajibul in 87′ scored the rest goals. For ERSC Sagar Kumar pulled back one in 52′.
