East Bengal FC defeated Mohammedan SG 7-1 in AIFF U15 Junior League 2024-25 at Amal Dutta Krirangan Stadium on Friday.
For East Bengal FC, Sisir Sarkar scored four goals (15′, 24′, 26′, 90+5′), while Dipak Mondal scored two goals (6′ and 42′) while Abhara Dey scored one goal in 19′. For Mohammedan SC, Sahid Tarafdar pulled back one in 87′.
East Bengal FC thus finished the Zonal Leg campaign at second place with 16 points from 10 matches and qualified for the final round along with Mohun Bagan SG who finsihed the campaign with all win records.
Earlier, in first leg, East Bengal FC lost to Mohun Bagan SG by 4-2, Bengal Football Academy 4-3, defeated Bidhannagar Municipal Sports Academy 3-2, Mohammedan SC 2-1 and Adamas United Sports Academy 3-0.
In second leg, East Bengal FC lost to Adamas United Sports Academy 1-0, Mohun Bagan SG 3-1, played a 1-1 draw with Bidhannagar Municipal Sports Academy, defeated Bengal Football Academy 4-0.
For East Bengal FC, Sisir Sakrak scored 12 goals in zonal leg.
