East Bengal FC have announced the signing of Spanish midfielder Victor Vazquez. He will appear in Red & Gold Jersey for the remainder of the Indian Super League (ISL) 2023-24 season.
Victor Vazquez joined Red & Gold Brigade as a replacement for Borja Herrera, who joins FC Goa on loan.
Once a teammate of Lionel Messi, Victor Vazquez had scored a Champions League goal against Rubin Kazan in 2010-11 season.
Other than FC Barcelona, Victor Vazquez had played for several clubs like Belgian club Club Brugge, Mexican club Cruz Azul, Qatar Star League’s Al-Arabi and Umm Salal SC, Belgian Pro League’s K.A.S. Eupen and Major League Soccer’s Toronto FC and LA Galaxy.
Victor Vazquez is expected to join the Red & Gold Brigade in this week.
