East Bengal FC lost to Jamshedpur FC 2-1 in India Super League (ISL) 25-26 at Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan, Kolkata on Friday.
Edmund Lalrindika gave East Bengal FC the lead in 40′ while Stephen Eze in 63′ and Rei Tachikawa in 87′ scored for Jamshedpur FC.
This was the first loss for the Red & Gold Brigade. Earlier, they defeated NorthEast United FC 3-0 and Sporting Club Delhi 4-1.
East Bengal FC will next face FC Goa on March 5, Thursday.
