East Bengal FC thus finished the play-off campaign with four points and failed to progress to final round.

East Bengal FC finished second in the Zonal Leg campaign with 20 points from 10 matches.
In First Leg, East Bengal FC lost to Mohun Bagan SG by 1-0, Adamas United Sports Academy 3-0, defeated Bidhannagar Municipal Sports Academy 1-0 and Mohammedan SC 3-0, played a goalless draw with Bengal Football Academy.
In second leg, East Bengal FC defeated Mohammedan SC 3-1, Adamas United Sports Academy 3-1, Mohun Bagan SG 4-1, Bidhannagar Municipal Sports Academy 3-0, played a goalless draw with Bengal Football Academy.
