East Bengal FC lost to Mumbai City FC 1-0 in Indian Super League (ISL) 2023-24 at Salt Lake Stadium in Kolkata on Tuesday.
Iker Guarrotxena in 24’ scored the goal for Mumbai City FC. Iker Guarrotxena was also asjudged Key Performer of the day.
Mumbai City FC climbed to fourth place with 25 points from 13 matches while East Bengal FC dropped to 10th place with 12 points from 13 matches.
Next, East Bengal FC will face Hyderabad FC on February 17 while Mumbai City FC will host Bengaluru FC on February 18.
