East Bengal FC placed in Group A of Play-off in AIFF U13 Junior League 2024-25. The other teams of the groups are Kickstart FC Karnataka, Minerva Academy FC and Sports Mania.
The winner of this group will qualify for the Final leg, the zonal winners of all 11 groups directly qualified for final leg, while the second-place teams are playing in playoff, the teams are divided in three groups and the winners will progress.
East Bengal FC will face Kickstart FC Karnataka on 7th May, Sports Mania on 9th May and Minerva Academy FC in 11th May.
Earlier, East Bengal FC finished second in the Zonal Leg campaign with 20 points from 10 matches.
In First Leg, East Bengal FC lost to Mohun Bagan SG by 1-0, Adamas United Sports Academy 3-0, defeated Bidhannagar Municipal Sports Academy 1-0 and Mohammedan SC 3-0, played a goalless draw with Bengal Football Academy.
In second leg, East Bengal FC defeated Mohammedan SC 3-1, Adamas United Sports Academy 3-1, Mohun Bagan SG 4-1, Bidhannagar Municipal Sports Academy 3-0, played a goalless draw with Bengal Football Academy.
