East Bengal FC is placed in Group E of AFC Women’s Champions League 2025-26 preliminary stage. The official draw was held at the AFC House, headquarters of the Asian Football Confederation, in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.
Hong Kong China’s Kitchee SC and Cambodian football club Phnom Penh Crown FC are the other teams of Group E.
The Moshal Girls will travel to Cambodia to play the Preliminary Stage, which will be held in a centralised round-robin format from August 25 to 31, 2025. The Group Winners will progress to Group Stage.
East Bengal FC earned a spot in the AWCL by winning the 2024-25 Indian Women’s League (IWL) title.
East Bengal was placed in Pot 1 for the draw, alongside Kaohsiung Attackers FC (Chinese Taipei), Stallion Laguna FC (Philippines), and the College of Asian Scholars (Thailand).
