East Bengal FC Women’s team through to semifinal of Kanyashree Cup 2022-23 as they defeated New Alipore Suruchi Sangha 2-1 in the quarterfinal today.
For Moshal Girls, Mousumi in 21′ and Sulanjana in 45-+2′ scored the gaol.
Earlier, Moshal Girls defeated West Bengal Police 2-0, Bally Gramanchal KS 9-0, All Airlines Recreation Club 9-0, Behala Aikya Sammilani 35-0 and Adivasi United SC 3-0 in group stage.
The winner of this edition of Kanyashree Cup will get the ticket to play Indian Women’s League.
