East Bengal FC won the inaugural IFA Women’s Shield 2023 defeating Sribhumi FC 5-0 in final. At Tehatta, in final, Tulsi Henbram scored four goals (13′, 47′, 77′, 82′) while Barnalo scored the other goal.

The Moshgal Girls dominated the tournament. In group stage they defeated Nadia DSA 8-0 and Chandney SC11-0, in semifinal defeated WB Police SC 3-0.

East Bengal FC scored 27 goals and conceded Zero.

The Moshal Girls had a great season winning the Kanyashree Cup and IFA Women’s Shield, finishing in Top eight of Hero IWL.
