Hyderabad FC smashed Kerala Blasters FC by 4-0 in the 96th match of Indian Super League (ISL) 2020-21 at Tilak Maidan Stadium.
Kerala Blasters controlled the first half registering four shots on target. Hyderabad FC on the other hand failed to create a single chance in the opening half. However in the second half Hyderabad FC was more energetic. A brace from Francisco Sandaza (58′, 63’) and a goal each from Adriane (86′) and João Victor helped Hyderabad FC to win the match conveniently.
The win helped Hyderabad FC to get into top three with 27 points whereas Kerala Blasters remained at tenth place with 16 points.
The DHL Winning Pass of the Match Award was won by Lluis Sastre and the Hero of the Match Award was bagged by Aridane Santana for his clinical performance.
In the next match FC Goa will face Odisha FC.
Meanwhile SC East Bengal will face ATK Mohun Bagan on 19th February. The Second Kolkata Derby of the season will be played at Fatorda Stadium.
