Chennaiyin FC suffered its first loss of Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 season after FC Goa pulled off a 2-0 win on Friday at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium here on Friday.
For FC Goa, Redeem Tlang in 11′ and Noah Wail Sadaoui in 90′ scored the goals.
Though FC Goa won the match, but Chennaiyin FC created chances which they could not convert. It was an end-to end action match.
Noah Wail Sadaoui won the Hero of the Match Award.
Next on October 22, two matches will be played with Mumbai City FC with lock horn with Jamshedpur FC at 5:30PM IST while Hyderabad FC will face Bengaluru FC at 7:30PM IST.
