FC Goa defeated Mumbai City FC 3-1 in Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 at Mumbai Football Arena on Wednesday.
For FC Goa, Iker Guarrotxena scored a brace in 24′ and 41′, while Borja Herrera scored the other goal in 64′. For Mumbai City FC, Lallianzuala Chhangte pulled back one in 90+7′ through penalty.
Iker Guarrotxena was adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
FC Goa is currently standing at second place with 39 points while Mumbai City FC is at fifth place with 31 points.
Next, Mumbai City FC will face Hyderabad FC on February 19 while FC Goa will face Kerala Blasters FC on February 22.
