FC Goa defeated Punjab FC 1-0 in Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on Thursday.
With this win FC Goa consolidated their place in the second position with 45 points from 22 matches whereas Punjab FC are at the 11th place with 24 points.
Carl McHugh in 45’ scored the goal and he was also adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
Next, FC Goa will face Mohammedan SC on March 4, whereas Punjab FC will face Hyderabad FC on March 6.
