Defending champion Hyderabad FC and Mumbai City FC played an entertaining 3-3 draw to start their Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 campaign at the Shree Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Pune.
For Hyderabad FC, João Victor scored a brace in 48′ and 75′ while Holicharan Narzary scored the other goal in 50′. For Mumbai City FC, Konsham Singh in 22′, Greg Stewart in 66′ and Alberto Noguera in 84′ scored the goals.
Joao Victor won the Hero of the Match award.
In the next match of Hero ISL 2022-23, ATK Mohun Bagan will take on Chennaiyin FC on October 10 at Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan, Kolkata.
Meanwhile, East Bengal FC will next play against Goa FC at home on October 12.
