The Indian U-19 women’s football team secured their second consecutive victory in the SAFF U19 Women’s Championship after they blanked Bhutan 3-0 on Wednesday.
India started the match in a dominating fashion as Sumati Kumari gave India the lead in 7’ of the match.
Priyangka Devi scored two goals, one from free-kick on the edge of the box in 41’ and the other in 53’.
Bhutanese goalkeeper produced some fantastic saves to ensure that the scoreline does not increase.
India will next play hosts Bangladesh on December 17.
