India lost to host Bangladesh 1-0 in their second match of SAFF U17 Women’s Championship at the BSSS Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka, on Friday.

An OG by Akhila Rajan in 74′ cost India the match. Earlier, India defeated Nepal 4-1.

With this loss, India dropped to third place in 5 nation tournament behind Russia and Bangladesh.

India will next face Bhutan on Sunday, March 26.
