India played a goalless draw with Bangladesh in the Asian Cup 2027 Qualifiers Final Round Group C Match at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Shillong on Tuesday.
India kept some pressure on Bangladesh defense in second half, but could not find the net.
On the other hand, Bangladesh had their opportunities specially in first 15 minutes as they tormented the Blue Tigers’ defence with vigour and energy.
Hazma Choudhury who came to Bangladesh national side with his wealth of experience in England, pulled the strings in every Bangladesh move, both in defence and attack.
India will next face Hong Kong China on June 10. Venue is not finalized.
