India thrashed Bhutan 10-0 in SAFF U19 Women’s Championship 2024 at Bir Shrestha Shaheed Shipahi Mustofa Kamal Stadium in Dhaka, Bangladesh, on Friday.
For India, Pooja scored four goals in 31’, 58’, 59’ & 90+4’, Sibani Devi scored three in 8’, 19 & 36’. The other goals were scored by Sulanjana Raul in 53’, Menaka Lourembam in 61’ and Arina Devi in 73’.
India was leading by 4-0 at half-time.
India will next face host Bangladesh on Sunday.
