The India U17 men’s team registered a 3-1 victory over Oman U17 in a friendly match held in Muscat on Tuesday. The match was part of their preparations for the AFC U17 Asian Cup Qualifiers 2023 which is scheduled to begin on October 3, 2022 in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
For India, Gangte (10’), Thokchom (18’) and Lalpekhlua (69’) scored the goals while for the host Alhaitham Alshukaili pulled one back in 88’.
