India U20 Women’s Football Team defeated Indonesia 6-0 in the second match of AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers Round 1 Group F match at Viet Tri Stadium in Viet Tri City, Vietnam on Thursday. Earlier, India defeated Singapore 7-0.
With two wins both host Vietnam and India now have 6 points, but on +14 goal difference, Vietnam is at top of points table.
For India, Neha in 4′ and in 21′ and Sumati Kumari in 74′ and 90+1′ scored a brace each while Kajol Dsouza in 45’and Apurna Narzary in 56′ scored a goal each.
India will next take on hosts Vietnam on Saturday, March 11 in what could be a virtual qualifying play-off for Round 2.
