The Indian National Women’s team climbed two spots to 55 in the latest FIFA Women’s Rankings that were declared on Friday. Earlier India was ranked 57 as per the August release.
Indian Team have shown some impressive performance in last couple of months. They defeated Bahrain, UAE and Chinese Taipei in International Friendlies. They also performed decently at Sweden tour and in the recently concluded four nation tournament at Brazil.
