The Indian Senior Women’s Team suffered a 1-2 loss against hosts Jordan in the first of two friendlies at the Petra Stadium in Amman on Sunday.
These matches are being held as part of India’s preparations for the Women’s Olympic Football Tournament 2024 Asian Qualifiers Round 1 in the Kyrgyz Republic next month.
For the Blue Tigresses Renu scored in 74’while Ritu Rani scored an own goal in the match.
India will again face Jordan on Wednesday.
