India women’s football team will play against Maldives for two FIFA international friendlies, the All India Football Federation (AIFF) announced on Friday.
The matches will be played on December 30 and January 2 at Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence in Bengaluru.
As per the latest FIFA ranking released on December, India is ranked 69th while Maldives is at 163rd place.
