Mumbai City FC defeated Odisha FC by 6-1 in the 105th Match of Indian Super League (ISL) 2020-21 at GMC Stadium, Bambolim to keep alive their top spot race.

Odisha FC surprised everyone to take the lead in the 9’ through Diego Mauricio who scored from the spot. However, after the goal it was Mumbai City FC who dominated the match. Bipin Singh (38’, 47’, 86’) scored the first hat-trick of the season, while Ogbeche (13’, 43’) scored a brace and Cy Goddard (44’) scored one goal.

The win for Mumbai City FC set up a knockout clash for the top spot when they face leaders ATK Mohun Bagan on Sunday. Mumbai will finish on top if they beat ATK Mohun Bagan based on their superior Head-to-Head. Odisha FC, with one game in hand against SC East Bengal will finish with the lowest point tally of an ISL season.

The DHL Winning Pass of the Match Award was taken by Ahmed Jahouh. The Hero of the Match Award was bagged by Bipin Singh.

In the next match, Jamshedpur FC will play against Bengaluru FC.
