Jamshedpur FC defeated Kerala Blasters FC 3-0 in ISL 2021-22

Jamshedpur FC climbed to the second spot with a clinical 3-0 win over Kerala Blasters in Indian Super League (ISL) 2021-22 encounter at the Athletic Stadium in Bambolim on Thursday.

Greg Stewart (45’, 48’) scored two goals from the spot on either side of halftime while Daniel Chima Chukwu (53’) scored the third goal for Jamshedpur FC.

Jamshedpur FC now have 25 points from 14 matches, a game less than table-toppers Hyderabad FC who have 26 points from 15 outings. Kerala dropped to fifth after the loss with 23 points from 14 games.

Greg Stewart won the Hero of the Match Award.

In the next match, Hyderabad FC will lock horn with Bengaluru FC. Meanwhile, SC East Bengal will next face Kerala Blasters FC at the Tilak Maidan Stadium on Monday, February 14.
