Jamshedpur FC defeated Punjab FC 2-1 in Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on Wednesday.
For Jamshedpur FC Pratik Chaudhuri in 41’ and Javi Hernandez in 48’ scored the gaols while for Punjab FC, Ezequiel Vidal 58’ pulled back one.
Javi Hernandez was adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
The Men of Steel are now placed third in the standings, with 31 points from 17 games while Punjab FC is at ninth place with 10 points from 16 games.
Next, Punjab FC will face Bengaluru FC next on February 1, while Jamshedpur FC will face FC Goa on February 2.
