Japan and Spain are through to the final of FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup at Costa Rica.
In the first Semi-final Spain defeated Netherlands by 2-1. Inma Gabarro scored a brace in the 22’ and 25’ for Spain while Rose van Gool in 54’ scored for Netherlands.
In the second Semi-final, Defending Champions Japan defeated Brazil by 2-1 to book a date with Spain in the final. Yuzuki Yamamoto put Japan in front in 30’ while Miriam Cristina Cavalcante equalised for Brazil in 55’. In 84’, Maika Hamano scored the winner for Japan.
