Kerala Blasters FC defeated FC Goa 4-2 in Indian Super League (ISL) 2023-24 at Kochi. This was third straight loss for FC Goa.
FC Goa took lead in first half with goals from Rowllin Borges (7’) and Mohammed Yasir (17’), however, host Kerala Blasters came back strongly in second half to score four goals through Dimitrios Diamantakos’s brace (81’, 84’) and a goal each from Daisuke Sakai (51’) and Fedor Cernych (88’).
Dimitrios Diamantakos was adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
Kerala Blasters moved to fourth place while FC Goa dropped to fifth place in ISL table.
Kerala Blasters FC will next face Bengaluru FC on March 2, whereas FC Goa will face Mumbai City FC on February 28.
