Kerala Blasters FC defeated Odisha FC 1-0 in Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 match at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Kochi. In front of 31712 crowd, Sandeep Soraisham Singh scored the only goal of the match in 86′ to ensure the home team finishes year on a high.
Odisha FC will feel disappointment as they dominated the entire first half but failed to find the back of the net. Kerala Blasters FC began the second half in a brilliant way and got the all-important goal courtesy of a vital mistake from Amrinder Singh.
KBFC remained on third place with 22 points from 11 matches while Odisha FC remained on sixth place with 19 points.
Soraisham Sandeep Singh won the Hero of the Match Award.
Next on December 28, ATK Mohun Bagan will take on FC Goa.
