Kerala Blasters FC defeated Odisha FC 2-0 to regain their top position in Indian Super League (ISL) 2021-22 match at the Tilak Maidan Stadium in Vasco on Wednesday.
Nishu Kumar (28th) and Harmanjot Khabra (40th) scored the goals. KBFC looked the far better side in the match, however, OFC had created several chances but KBFC was very tight in the defense.
KBFC now have 20 points from 11 games while Odisha FC remained in eighth place with 13 from 10 matches.
Harmanjot Khabra won the Hero of the Match Award.
In the next match, Chennaiyin FC will take on Hyderabad FC. SC East Bengal will next face FC Goa on January 19, Wednesday.
