কোয়েস পরবর্তী অধ্যায়ে দীর্ঘ ডামাডোল পর্ব পেরিয়ে অবশেষে শ্রী সিমেন্ট গোষ্ঠীকে ইনভেস্টর হিসাবে পায় ইস্টবেঙ্গল ক্লাব। তাদের হাত ধরেই শেষলগ্নে আইএসএলে প্রবেশ করে “স্পোর্টিং ক্লাব ইস্টবেঙ্গল”। তবে নতুন সম্পর্কের চাকা মাস তিনেক গড়ানোর আগেই কেন দুপক্ষের মধ্যে ঠাণ্ডা লড়াইয়ের পরিস্থিতি সৃষ্টি হল? আমাদের সুত্র মারফত পাওয়া তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে দুপক্ষের মধ্যে উদ্ভূত সমস্যাগুলি সবিস্তারে আলোচনা করা হলোঃ
প্রথম, বলা বাহুল্য, ইস্টবেঙ্গল ক্লাব ও শ্রী সিমেন্ট গোষ্ঠীর মধ্যে সম্পর্ক স্থাপনের মূল কাণ্ডারি ছিলেন মুখ্যমন্ত্রী মমতা বন্দ্যোপাধ্যায় ও রিলায়েন্স কর্তারা। তাই নবান্নতে বসে দুপক্ষের মধ্যে মৌ-চুক্তিতে সই করার সময় ক্লাবকর্তারা চুক্তির শর্ত নিয়ে কোনোরকম ট্যা-ফুঁ করার সুযোগ পাননি। কিন্তু পরবর্তীকালে তাঁরা যখন উপলব্ধি করেন যে তাঁরা কার্যত সব ক্ষমতা হারিয়ে ঢাল তলোয়ারহীন নিধিরাম সর্দারে পরিণত হয়ে যাচ্ছেন, ঠিক তখনই তাঁরা প্রথমে কিছু সংখ্যালঘু সমর্থককে ঢাল করে সদস্যদের স্বার্থরক্ষার অজুহাত তোলেন, এবং তারপর ক্রিকেট টিমের পরিচালনা নিজেদের হাতে রাখার আপ্রাণ চেষ্টা এখনও চালিয়ে যাচ্ছেন – মৌ চুক্তিপত্র অনুযায়ী যে দুটিই সম্পূর্ণ অনৈতিক কাজ।
দ্বিতীয়, ক্লাবকর্তাদের তরফে ইদানিংকালে দাবি করা হচ্ছে, ইনভেস্টর কর্তারা “নাকি” বলেছেন সদস্যদের ক্লাবে প্রবেশ করতে হলে ইনভেস্টরের থেকে অনুমতি নিতে হবে। তবে, আমাদের সূত্র মারফত পাওয়া তথ্য অনুযায়ী এই দাবি সম্পূর্ণ মিথ্যে। ইনভেস্টরের পক্ষ থেকে ব্যাখা দেওয়া হয়েছে যে ক্লাবের সাবেকি, গতানুগতিক, জগদ্দল পরিচালন ব্যবস্থাকে পরিবর্তন করে তাঁরা ক্লাবে কর্পোরেট সিস্টেম প্রণয়ন করতে চান। ক্লাব তাঁবু থেকেই যেহেতু মূল প্রশাসনিক কাজকর্ম হয়, তাই সেখানে সুশাসন প্রতিষ্ঠা করতে ইনভেস্টর পক্ষ বদ্ধপরিকর। ঠিক যেরকম বিদেশি নামজাদা ক্লাবগুলিতে সদস্য-সমর্থকরা যখন-তখন চাইলেই প্রবেশ করতে পারেন না, তাঁদের প্রবেশের একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমা থাকে, ঠিক সেভাবেই শ্রী সিমেন্ট কর্তারাও চাইছেন একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমা বেঁধে দিতে, যে সময়ের মধ্যে সকল সদস্য-সমর্থকরা ক্লাবে অবাধে প্রবেশ করতে পারবেন এবং ক্লাবের সকল সুবিধাও উপভোগ করতে পারবেন। উল্লেখ্য, নতুন সিস্টেমে ক্লাবের ভেতরের অনেক গোপন তথ্য বাইরে বেরিয়ে যাওয়া আটকানো সম্ভব হবে।
তৃতীয়, ইনভেস্টর কর্তারা চান ক্লাবের সার্বিক পরিকাঠামোকে ঢেলে সাজাতে। এই উদ্যোগে তাঁরা মূল তাঁবুতে কোনো ব্যক্তি বিশেষের ঘর রাখতে চান না। মূল তাঁবুতে শুধুই খেলাধুলা সংক্রান্ত কাজকর্ম চলবে। আর ক্লাব চত্বরেই আলাদা করে ক্লাব পদাধিকারীদের ঘর করে দেওয়া হবে। ঠিক এখানেই সাবেক কর্তারা গোঁ ধরে বসে আছেন, কারণ মূল তাঁবুতে তাঁরা এতকাল যে ঘর দখল করে থাকতেন, তা এবার উঠে যাবে। পরিকাঠামো উন্নয়নের থেকেও ক্ষমতা ধরে রাখার আপ্রাণ চেষ্টায় আজও তাঁরা মত্ত! উল্লেখ্য, কোয়েস কর্প যখন ইনভেস্টর ছিল, তখন ক্লাবকর্তারা অভিযোগ করতেন যে ইনভেস্টর ক্লাবের তাঁবু ব্যবহার করে না। কিন্তু বর্তমান ইনভেস্টর যখন সেই ক্লাব তাঁবুকেই আধুনিক করতে চাইছেন, সেই ক্লাবকর্তারাই আবার এখন সেটার বিরোধিতা করছেন।
চতুর্থ, ক্লাবকর্তারা প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র পাঠানোর ক্ষেত্রে ইচ্ছাকৃত টালবাহানা করায় এএফসি লাইসেন্সিং প্রক্রিয়ায় স্পোর্টিং ক্লাব ইস্টবেঙ্গল ব্যর্থ হয়, যা নিয়ে ইনভেস্টর কর্তৃপক্ষ ক্লাবকর্তাদের ওপর রীতিমত ক্ষুব্ধ হয়ে যান। অন্যদিকে সমর্থকদের মধ্যে রটিয়ে দেওয়া হয় ক্লাবের তরফে প্রয়োজনীয় সব কাগজপত্র পাঠানো হলেও, কোয়েসের পক্ষ থেকে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাগজপত্র শ্রী সিমেন্টেকে হস্তান্তর না করায় লাইসেন্সিংয়ে সমস্যা হয়েছে। কিন্তু এই বিষয়টি সম্পূর্ণ মিথ্যে, কারণ কোয়েস ইস্টবেঙ্গলের ১০০% স্পোর্টিং রাইটস ও যাবতীয় কাগজপত্র নবনির্মিত “ইস্টবেঙ্গল ক্লাব প্রাইভেট লিমিটেড” কোম্পানির নামে চলে আসার পরেই কোয়েসের পক্ষ থেকে NOC দেওয়া হয়। সেই নবনির্মিত কোম্পানির অন্যতম ডাইরেক্টররা সেইসব কাগজপত্র গ্রহণ করেছেন। তাই কাগজপত্রের অভাবে স্পোর্টিং ক্লাব ইস্টবেঙ্গলের লাইসেন্সিং প্রক্রিয়ায় ব্যর্থতার সম্পূর্ণ দায় ক্লাবকর্তাদেরই।
যে মৌ-চুক্তির ভিত্তিতে শ্রী সিমেন্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ প্রায় ৫০ কোটি টাকা ঢেলে ফেললো, ক্লাবকর্তারা সেই মৌ-চুক্তির শর্তগুলি দিনের পর দিন অগ্রাহ্য করলে ইনভেস্টর তা মানবে কেন? ক্লাবকর্তারা বুঝে গেছেন যে বর্তমান পরিস্থিতিতে এফ এস ডি এলের পক্ষে অন্তত এ মরশুমে আইএসএল থেকে ইস্টবেঙ্গলকে বাদ দেওয়া আর সম্ভব নয়। আর ঠিক এই সুযোগ বুঝেই ইনভেস্টরের বহুবার অনুরোধ সত্ত্বেও ক্লাবকর্তারা নতুন বোর্ডগঠন এবং মূল চুক্তিতে সই করতে উদ্যোগী নন। বিশেষ সূত্র মারফত আমরা জানতে পারছি, ক্লাবকর্তারা আপ্রাণ চেষ্টা করছেন যাতে এই মরশুমটা এভাবেই ঝুলিয়ে রাখা যায়, এবং শ্রী সিমেন্টকে বাধ্য করা যায় সাবেক কর্তাদের দাবি মেনে নিতে ।
ইস্টবেঙ্গল ক্লাবকে ঢাল বানিয়ে সাবেক কর্তাদের ক্ষমতা দখলের আদিম খেলায় শ্রী সিমেন্টের মতো দাপুটে ইনভেস্টর যেন আগ্রহ হারিয়ে চলে না যায় সেটা সুনিশ্চিত করবার দায় কিন্তু সকল ইস্টবেঙ্গল সমর্থকের। শীর্ষ কর্তার ক্ষমতার লড়াইয়ের ফলে ক্লাব যেন ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত না হয়।
আমরা চাই ক্লাবের ভালো হোক এবং পেশাদার ভাবে ইস্টবেঙ্গল ক্লাবকে পরিচালনা করা হোক।

If this continues – Shri Cements will leave and the club will just sink into history as one of most trouble making clubs in the realm of sports and games in India. I believe hardcore supporters and die hard fans are the back bone of any sports club and not just the card holding members
Now that ISl Entry , Appointment of a World Class Coach and recruitment of good foreign players have been completed the current committee (if they exist as per law) are going back and saying that they will not give sporting rights for other games to Shri Cement and that they will not accept the terms of agreement etc etc. In this trafde Bartman is heavily involved – may be some one from behind ( and he or they may be Club Members or officials ) are trying to demoralise the Players, Investors and the die hard fans.
I doubt if most of the members ever go to watch the CRicket matches – From experience I know only dir hard and genuine lovers of Esat Bengal Cricket team go to watch their matches. Hockey tema has been wiped offin spite of having a very dignified legacy in the past. Still I do not know hat the Hockey Secretary does. Now of Shri Cements wants to take the responsibility of managing Cricket and Hockey – what is the problem? They will make a strong team and pursue Tournaments to win trophies and create more fan following of the club and enhance the Clubs overall stature and prestige in these sports as well – that is simply great . Why is this dirty politics going on ?
Yes there is one problem. Now that the Football team is gone and no CUT MONEY perhaps may be they will try and keep the Cricket and hockey division hoping that at least there may be the scope for earning some cut money , though it may be less. Everyone in the Maidan Circle know these Greedy and dangerous Cut Money Vultures in East Bengal club are.
Please unite and motivate Genuine East Bengal Followers and lovers to kick out such corrupt people – who ever are trying to create this problem and also unite to destroy and demolish all such negative energy generating people who are more into malpractices rather than Sports and Games.
Please unite , Raise your powerful voice and destroy them . This is surely going to harm the spirit of the Players in all sports that we play.
We will suffer very badly and if SHRI CEMENTS go away then that will be it. The Club will never be able to stand up again and move forward and their chances of getting new Reputable Investor or Sponsors will be absolutely gone for ever. However Shri Cements will be a very hard nut to crack – they have come in after thorough Ground work and with Madam Mamata Banerjee and MS Ambani’s support from both sides the greedy and mean Officials will have a tough time.
Another Stupid thing is going on from QEBNA Twitter handle – rather than analysing the clubs strength , Weakness, Future and how best they can help or get people around o help – they are more ton stupid issues and pointless slander on ATK MB. Truly speaking does it really matter to us ( East Bengalians) what the Colour of ATK Jersy is is it Maroon and Green or Red and Green etc – this is sheer stupidity and non sense . If they win the Derby then they will get back 5 x time more slander from the AtKMB fans. Our only objective should be yes come let us play and we will beat them in every sports – every time when and where we meet.
