Pele scored 643 goals in 665 competitive games for Santos, while Messi scored 644 goals in 749 matches to reach the tally for Barcelona.However, Pele scored in 19 seasons while Messi is on his 17th season.
Till now Messi has won 10 La Liga titles and 4 Champions Leagues with the Catalan Club after making his first appearance for the club in 2004.
Pele from 1956 to 1974 had won six Brazilian league titles plus two Copa Libertadores crowns.
