Mohun Bagan SG defeated Kerala Blasters FC 3-1 at the Vivekananda Yuba Bharati Krirangan Stadium in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 on Saturday.
KBFC was leading 2-1 but MBSG scored two late goals to secure all three points.
For Mohun Bagan Super Giant, Jamie Maclaren in 33’, Jason Cummings in 86’, Alberto Rodriguez in 90+5’ scored the goals while for Kerala Blasters FC, Jesus Jimenez in 51’, Milos Drncic in 77’ scored.
Alberto Rodriguez of Mohun Bagan Super Giant was adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
With this win Mohun Bagan SG strengthened their position at the top of the table, with 26 points from 11 matches, while Kerala Blasters FC stayed at 10th place with 11 points.
Next, Mohun Bagan Super Giant will play FC Goa on December 20, whereas Kerala Blasters FC will play against Mohammedan SC on December 22.
