Mohun Bagan SG defeated NorthEast United FC 2-0 at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium in Guwahati in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 season on Sunday.
Manvir Singh in 65’ and Liston Colaco in 71’ scored the goals for Mohun Bagan SG.
The win took Mohun Bagan SG to top of the table with 23 points. NEUFC remained at sixth place with 15 points.
Asish Rai of Mohun Bagan SG was adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
Next, Mohun Bagan SG will play Kerala Blasters FC next on December 14 whereas NorthEast United will face Hyderabad FC on December 23.
