Mumbai City FC came from 0-2 down to 3-2 win over FC Goa in Indian Super League (ISL) 2023-24 first leg semi-final at the Fatorda Stadium on Wednesday.
Boris Singh in 16’ and Brandon Fernandes in 56’ gave FC Goa the lead, however Mumbai City FC made an unthinkable comeback in injury time and scored three goals in seven minutes. Vikram Partap Singh scored in 90+1’ while Lallianzuala Chhangte scored a brace in 90’ and in 90+6’ to give Mumbai City the advantage before the second leg at Mumbai.
Lallianzuala Chhangte was adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
Both the teams will again face in second leg of the semi-final fixture on April 29 at the Mumbai Football Arena.
