Mumbai City FC defeated Bengaluru FC 4-0 in Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 match at Mumbai Football Arena, Mumbai.

The Islanders had already showed their dominance performance in this season as they defeated Chennaiyin FC in the last match by 6-2. Apart from Hyderabad FC they are the other team who are yet to lose a match in this edition till now. They have now closed the gap to just one point to Hyderabad FC at the top of points table.

For Mumbai City FC, Jorge Pereyra Diaz in 14′, Apuia in 32′, Bipin Singh in 58′ and Lallianzuala Chhangte in 74′ scored the goals.

Lalengmawia Ralte for his brilliant display was adjudged with Hero of the Match Award.

In the next match, East Bengal FC will host Odisha FC in Kolkata on November 18.
